What is HeatUp?
Poland's first integration initiative dedicated to professional welders and people in the metal industry. We create a space where practitioners can meet, exchange experiences and build a professional community.
Why is this initiative being created?
An industry full of passion
Welding is not just work — it's art, craft and passion. Every day in Poland, thousands of welders build steel structures, weld pipelines, work in energy, offshore industry and automotive. Each has their own story, experiences and workshop tricks.
Lacking a place to exchange
Until now, there was no space where professional welders could meet outside the production hall or training course. Trade fairs focus on equipment and sales. We want something different — a space for industry people, by industry people.
For whom?
HeatUp is an event for experienced, advanced welders and industry professionals who already have practical experience and want to develop further through knowledge exchange, experiences and contacts at an equal, expert level.

History
Meeting with Jan Lipiński known as metal_jan_97 — a short presentation of his professional career, followed by an open discussion with participants.
Case studies
Jan will personally present several examples of connections and demonstrate his technique. Best practices used when working with material will also be discussed.
Open torch
Each participant will have the opportunity to demonstrate their skills under Jan Lipiński's supervision — a chance to receive expert guidance and exchange experiences with other participants.
Networking
The informal part at the grill is an opportunity to make professional and personal contacts. Meet people from the industry from all over Poland, exchange numbers, build relationships for the future.
